Spinning – Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, this stationary cycling class can accommodate you.  You will be guided by a “coach” who will provide a training profile, music, and motivation. Instructors: Charlie Jones & Jason Goodell

PowerSpin –  This is a fast paced ride on the spin bike!  This is not spinning in the traditional form – this is short, intense intervals and race day speed consolidated into 25 minutes of power cycling.  Instructor: Jason Goodell

Group Strength Training – Group strength training and personal attention with Personal Trainer,
Chris Rush, strength training expert!  You will work with free weights, machines, TRX suspension trainer, and other various equipment.  You will also work on flexibility and stretching.  Instructor: Chris Rush

Yoga – This class will provide a general introduction to the practice of yoga.  Participants will learn a wide variety of yoga postures that increase flexibility, strength and balance.  The focus will be on alignment and bodily awareness.  In addition, students will learn yogic breathing.  The linking of breath with movement will offer stress relief and overall well-being. This class is for everyone! Instructors: Jen McDaniel, Mikaela Stang, Spencer Crosby and Jeff Brown

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – HIIT is a specialized form of interval training that involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise separated by longer intervals of low to moderate intensity exercise.  A great class for a quick, effective workout that will challenge you!  Instructor: Jason Goodell

PiYo –  Our newest class combining Pilates, Yoga and upbeat music into an active workout designed to lengthen and stretch out tired muscles.  This workout is also designed to give muscle definition throughout the entire body especially the core.  Instructor: Spencer Crosby

Video Spin – Choose your video and enjoy your ride!  No instructor.

Pilates – Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s. Instructor: Toni Fedewa

Family Self Defense  – This is a fun and informative way for the whole family or individuals to exercise and learn Martial Arts techniques for self defense.  This class will also have an exercise component to keep the class fun and engaging.  All ages and abilities are welcome!   Instructor: Spencer Crosby
